Who we are

PrimrxERP is a record-keeping system for agricultural traders — the people buying from farmers, holding stock across branches, and selling on at wholesale and retail. It was built by working through those days rather than from a generic inventory template.

The problem we set out to solve

Agricultural trade is unusually hard to keep books for. The same product exists in several sizes and packings. Stock sits with different people in different places. Bills get corrected after the fact. Goods move between branches without ever being sold.

Under those conditions most systems drift. The stock figure on screen slowly stops matching what is in the godown, and once nobody trusts the number, everybody goes back to a notebook.

How we approach it

Every change to stock is written down as a movement — what changed, by how much, for whom, and why. Balances are derived from that record rather than edited directly.

That has a few consequences we think matter:

• Figures can be explained. If a balance looks wrong, the movements behind it show how it got there.
• Corrections stay honest. Editing a bill reverses its original effect before applying the new one, rather than patching a total.
• Nothing is quietly deleted. Records referenced by history are retired, not removed, so past bills keep making sense.

Who uses it

Access follows the shape of the business. A Super Admin oversees the whole system. An Admin runs their own catalogue, stock and bills, and can pass stock down to the owners they create. An Owner works within what their Admin has given them.

Each role sees its own scope and no more — not as a restriction, but because a screen showing someone else's stock is worse than useless.
